They came on the cars when they were shipped, but many dealers removed them to install a license plate bracket, esp. in the states where one is required. Mine didn't come with them, but I ordered them and paid a cople bucks a piece from Len on the board. I actually lost one so I'm glad you can still get them

Yes. I just did that yesterday. I needed new ones so I just went up and asked. For some reason they had many. Employee just gave me a bucket and told me to pick which ones i wanted.
