For '04 conversion for headlamps try http://www.scienceofspeed.com or http://www.daliracing.com.

You just missed this one. There's a passenger side unit for sale here.

Several people have done the 2002 conversion, so should be a few 1991-2001 headlights out there. You will get a few leads if you post a WTB on NSX Prime.
