'91 Accord runs rough.
I have a '91 Accord EX-R. Every time I drive it within the first 10-15 miles it suddenly loses power and jerks, but the RPMs don't change. It does this for about 10sec., then the engine light comes on and it runs fine untell I turn it off. When I start it again then it does it all over agian. It does this at any speed and any RPMs. I have changed the fuel pump and filter. Has anybody heard of any thing like this? Please help!
It would be helpful to know what code you have stored in the ECU.
Jumper the 2 pin BLUE connector ,turn on the key and count the flashes to get the code.

That model doesn't exist.
I'm starting to lean towards a faulty O2 sensor..............maybe.

Well it's either a fuel or ingition problem, my guess would be fuel since spark really doesn't change that much as the car is warming up, unless it's a cold solder connection somewhere causing the pump to falter. Either way, let's hear the ecu code.
Is there any oil in your plug wells? How old are your spark plug wires? I remmeber my old car used to surge when i would give it gas because these 2 things above were faulty.
