Default B16 Swap Help, wiring, linkage, hoses, throttle, intakes, search friendly.

Okay here is my list of stuff I'm hung up on with my b16 swap, if you know the answer to any of these please chime in and share what you're running on your swap. its an 89 crx si, b16a1, y1, pw0, w/hasport mounts, linkage, wiring sub harness.

1. I have hasport shift linkages, which bushings do I use? my stock ones or new del sol ones? and if I get energy bushings, which car do I get them for?

2. Where did you guys ground your vtec pressure switch?

3. Are there any wires on the stock harness that need to be extended before I go and install it?

4. wtf does this hose go? pm6 or pw0 map sensor? see this post: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=896077

5. what radiator hoses will I need?

6. Do I need to get a new clutch cable or no? and for those of you using the stock cable, how did you do it and still get the clutch to completely disengage? Also the ball on my cable slides through the hole in the arm when I tug on it.

7. its a 90-93 integra throttle cable right?

8. Which spark plugs will I need? part #'s are a +.

9. What intakes fit? without relocating battery.. I've heard injen.. any others?

when I think of others i'll add them.

EDIT:
10. how did you get the manifold to bolt up to the cat? the bolts don't line up..

2) any 10 mm bolt will work

3) what kinda harness? dx? cx? si? which one

5) use ls rad hoses, i did

6) clutch cable should be fine, it might be dificult to get it into the arm, but it can be done, search on honda tech for different ways of doing it

7) yes, or use your stock si one, they are all the same

8) get spark plugs for a del sol vtec or a 92-93 gsr or 99 si

9) mostly all intakes fit,,, what you mean 'what intakes will fit"

10) cut the cat and run straight pipe ;0

Get DA integra radiator hoses. Get hose clamps.
You'll notice that the fittings on your radiator are too small.
It will work.

I used existing cable from my 88 dx. It's way too long.
Got 98 itr throttle cable. Still was too long cut out about 2" and reconnected
w/an electrical crimp.

I got lucky when I did my swap the exhaust bolted out.
If you have access to a welder use that or
visit the muffler shop

1) get them for the del sol vtec, also get the 2 washers, and bolt. http://www.suspension.com has the bushings.

2)on the starter. (anywhere is cool)

3)I dont think so

4)http://www.geocities.com/droppedcrxsi/vacuum1.htm

5)upper=92-93 teg gsr, lower=90-91 teg

6)Get a new one if it pulls through. I just used my crx si one, it needed to be trimmed a lil on the rubber boot though.

7)Ya

8) for the 94 del sol vtec

9)any one made for the crx fits.

10) re-weld the flange, or get a 99-00 civic si/ 94-97 del sol vtec header, and weld in the 02 bubgs in the factory spots.

For the radiator hoses, use the crx hose as a shim, cut a piece like an inch long for the shim. Make sure you lube it up well first though. Ryan
