just had some muffler work done recently seems the horn fuse pops when i start the car now. Not to mention the car somtimes doesnt wana start now

anyone have this fuse/horn prob? and where would i begin my search for the shorted wire?

Well if this started happening after you had work done on the exhaust logic would tell me to start looking around the exhaust area. Check up near the horn. Also look in the Helms to see what else is run off this fuse... I can't remember right now if the horn works whith the car off.... never tried it.
