I'll have some of my friends MPFI and OBD1 swap soon. I have a few at home of the in process wiring and will take some once I'm done (which should be tomorrow).

imho, it looks 100x cleaner if you put the injector resistor box on the front side of the shock tower. just elec. tape / wire loom the wires going from the injectors to the resistor box and tuck them away. with the dizzy wires just elec tape / wire loom them and zip tie them to the existing harness. its not difficult at all to make it look clean
well, all i've got left of the swap is the wiring..
here's as far as i got when it hit 3am last night
My new C1 and C2 going to the distro..
and yes, i know how crappy the red loom is going to be, but my choices were bright *** blue, bright *** yellow, or bright *** red.. i have a red car.. i can change out the loom when i get some that's black.. heh for now it'll work..

heh.. i knew someone would have to point that out..
actually, the mpfi conversion is just the final step of the D16A6 swap..
i got the engine/tranny/graffiti'd ecu AND bright green throttle body off the same person.. (along with the header, etc..)
not my doing..

Exactly what I am starting on this weekend hopefully, just a straight D16A6 drop in and wire fest - joy. By the way, nice job with the wires, I'll be lucky to look half that pretty when I finish; did you solder the connections at all?
Solder ALL your connections. I didnt solder 1 and it came back to haunt me like 8 months after I did my swap and it took me like 6 hours to find the 1 wire I didnt solder, I used connectors.... Dumb idea...

If you dont like how the red looks, you can do like Honda does, and wrap black tape over your red looms. Tape protects all the innards from water getting in.
I guess it's a bit too late, but here are two different kinds of MPFI I did in the past:
(yeah, I dont like hardwiring resistor box like that, but that time it had to be done like that)

That's what I do and I think it looks a million times better. Just make sure everything is correct before you wrap it up in electrical tape; its a PITA to pull it all off and gets sticky and messy. HTH.

spend the extra $$ and get the 3M electrical tape, it holds up a lot better under the heat
