Default rebuilt b16...is it worth it?

i have a b16a3 and have the block in the back of my truck to take it into the shop. i talked to Prostreet Imports and they offered to rebuild my block by replacing/repairing all of the following:
-new CTR pistons and rods
-new rings, seals, and all new bearings
-micropolished and balanced crank
-cylinder honing and inspection
-type-r water pump and oil pump

all of this can be done for 950-1050, depending on how much they are willing to work with my funds. my questions are:

---is it worth spending 1000 dollars on a b16a to do all of the preceding?
---has anyone heard or been to prostreet that is willing to vouch for them?
---should i just say F*** it to my b16 and save for a new motor?

give me your opinions guys. i have been/still need to do some serious thinking and i need some input. i dont really have anyone else to get input from.. thanks.

It all depends on what your going for. You could probably find a short block for cheaper then that but it would feel the same as before. It seems like this block would be mildly built.

i dont plan on going all out as far as building the motor. i dont plan on getting like je pistons or eagle rods or darton sleeves or anything. im not going to boost it or use nos. i just want a bottom end that can hold its own and last me a while. im just going to build the head with type-r parts and maybe portflow valves, springs, and retainers. nothing huge, but certainly enough to acheive 200hp at the crank.

would getting this set-up, along with a .30 milled head, basic bolt-ons and hondata, give me 200hp?

ditch the ctr pistons and get some low compression. with pistons & rods you can boost 13psi safely with a good tune and you will have well over 200 hp range. im finishing my b16 rebuild now
besides once u build it to how your gonna drive it you can beat on it a lil more
