My fried swapped an h23 in his del sol. When he has the car running and gives it gas the rpm needle boggs down and seems liek the fuel is getting cut off. Does anyone have any ideas what could cause that? He has check everything over and over and cant figure out whats wrong. He said that his timing is good so i dont know what it could be.

yeah thats me with the problem. im also throwing the code for the IAC. when i unplug it. it gets all messed up. but when i plug it in. it seems to be working just fine. why am i still throwing this code?

last time this happened it was because i had some vacuum lines wrong. i fixed them and it ran great and the code went away. since then, the ground for the ecu came off and i put that back on. suddenly it was having these problems again. help me!
