WEll in the pic's it looks great! I made it fit Really good(I'm lying..the bodyshop guys and I made it fit Good using extra made brackets) SO you wouldn't even tell its a knock off.

But that CF front end is the first I've seen,..I' have seen carbon JDM fenders that looked decent...but ALL Aftermarket Fiberglass **** Fits Terrible.
<---also owned a Fiberglass NISMO kit for my 350Z and I luckly got my money back for it becasue it didn't line up FOR ****!
Zyg's right:
$99 will not be the selling price I asure you ,..but I would be willing to give it a go if that is the bottom dollar If i we're you. Go w/ ALL Metal or keep yours on.

I'm sure its All metal w/ JDM SIR-G headlights,..I would hate to think its a Fiberglass front end on a itr

once its painted its kinda hard to tell if its Metal or Fiberglass...but I don't know anyone w/ Fiberglass conversion.

one has to wonder what the CF mold was made from. If it was made from the OEM pieces, fitment may not be bad. You cant do any bodywork to CF parts, they either fit or they dont (within reason). I would say, go for it. It would save a ton of weight, and if painted no one would know. I imagine you'd save at least a hundred pounds, and put a ton more of the weight distribution in the rear, which is so hard to do.

100 lbs?

from a hood, fender and bumper?

i'd say closer to 40-50 lbs, and i'd be concerned about using CF anything without pins.

the hood is probably 40 lbs itself, the fenders another 15 each? I dunno the stock fender weight, but it has to be decent. Stock bumper is a good 10-15, i suppose its more towards the 50-75 range. Considering people take out their steering racks for civic ones, air bags, rear seats etc... its not too bad

---STOCK---
I'd say the hood is about 50-60lbs+
Fenders are only like 5 lbs ea,..VERY LIGHT
bumper 11lbs
So the hood is about the only main part you would save noticably.
ALl in all I would think it would Create a TON of Wheel hop it being so light?>??

As others have said, maybe ask the seller about fitment. I have fiberglass fenders on my JDM front and they blow big time. The paint cracks because they flex (something to keep in mind, as I imagine CF might do that as well), removing them or the bumper is difficult, because the bolts are made to press against the inside of the OEM fender (for removal of the bumper), and instead of the fender supporting the little bracket, it just cracks and then looks even shittier than it did before. Keep in mind also that you'll need to add the price of headlights to this to make it work.
