Default 1994 accord 2.2 non v-tec surging between 1000-1500 rpms

I've looked for any vaccum leaks, done the old spray the carb cleaner all around trick. I've replaced the IAC motor. still no luck???? I can't figure out the issue. This is driving me insane!!!!!! I can't dive it b/c it bucks when the rpms drop. Please, any help would be greatly appreciated!!

tune up!! replace your plugs, dizz cap, rotor button, plug wires. That would be my first guess. Is you check eng light on??

I have replaced all that, and IAC motor and TPS, this is driving me insane.

You might have a dieing distributer but not really sure.

Throttle cable too tight? It should have some slack in it. Loose T-belt causing timing swings? Coolant level correct and block burped? Fast Idle Valve bypassing when the engine is warm?

You might just simply need a new pcv (Positive Crankcase Ventilation) valve which costs like $3 at your local auto supplier. I pulled my PVC valve once and the RPM jumped up and down so that might be your problem.
