i checked every fuse everything is fine.
starter signal fuse isnt blown, but nothing happens on the fuse checker.

the instrument lights fuse is fine also.

But my brakes lights dont work, nor does my horn or cd player. Any ideas?

 

since it's not a fuse I would say get out the test light.loose connection? short?

 

i got a test light, i just know where it could be..

Prior to this problem. my fuel relay is going bad. My car wouldnt start after work,

so I reset the ECU. Since then this is whats going on..

 

FIXED it

 

well post what you did to fix it so that someone else that may have the same problem and SEARCHES may find the answer he or she is lookin for.

ya good idea...lol

the fuse on the box in the car i checked to make sure the fuse wasnt blown and there was power to it.

Once i noticed it still didnt worked i checked the fuse box under the hood next to the Battery, sure enough there was a horn fuse, which i replaced with a 15a fuse.
