Hi, I'm from Argentina. This is my first post. I own a Civic 4 dr 1993 made in Japan.
My question is if the front bumper of a Civic coupe fits in my 4 dr. Do I have to modify something ???

This topic has been agrued alot. But final answer (from what i understand) is that you need to mod it.

Supposedly if you mount a 2DR/3DR front bumper, you'll also need the corner lenses.

I really dont understand what things I have to modify, because, some only modify the hole that holds the bumper to the fender, and other the fender, corners and something else. I NEED HELP!!

Here is what i've learned so far (maybe not accurate):

2DR compared to 4DR
-corners are shorter in length
-hood is shorter near the headlight placement
-bumper is also shorter near the fender wells
-fenders will not fit 4DR corners, either shorter/longer in length...not sure

With the 4dr stock, you can replace to 2dr front bumper, corners, and fenders...and the hood is no biggy, but you'll have a pinky gap between the hood and headlights. Also the bumper will be short near the fender wells:

With modifications to the bumpers & fenders, you can actually just drill holes on them where the screws go and stretch it to fit where you need it.

I've also heard people combine 2dr & 4dr fenders together. ie. they cut and weld half of the fenders together, etc.

With modifications YOU WILL MAKE IT FIT!!!!!
