Default code 9.... car wont rev past 73k....

i have a xsi b16 in my ef hatch.....car started throwing a code 9 and wont rev past 73k now... i tried swapping my pr3 ecu and i also tried 2 diffrent b16 dizzys and the problem still wont go away.... also cant get rid of a code 14 even though i swapped the iacv 3 times.....i just redid my timing but i was getting the codes b4 i touched my timing...also throwing a o2 sensor code.....im going to change my plugs......could it be my wiring??? any suggestions???

73k? umm......they dont go that high and have swap the o2 sensor out since its making the ecu throw the code? the car might be in limp mode

lol....my only guess would be to fix what is trowing the code and go from there.

For anyone intrested.... My intake cam timing was off 1 tooth i fixed it and now i have my 8200 rev limit and Vtec back!!!! Yabba Dabba Do!

well i have played with my timing about 5-10 times within the last 3 months or so and noticed that when i line up both cams @ TDC the intake cam has a slight bit of play and seems to rotate just a tad when i sliding the belt back on so this morning i went ahead and said fu%k it and just turned it 1 tooth clockwise and bam....when i put the belt on and took it for a test drive i noticed a huge diffrence.....
