GReddy EVO or Tanabe Racing Medallion?

which one is better for the R? or is there any other ones. i heard Thermal R&D is also good.

One of the worst Integra dyno's I saw was with a Tananbe exhaust. Get the GReddy definately

f that! i love my tanabe, especially with the bottlenecks cut out. it's nice and light too

what mods you got. If close to stock, stay w/ the stock exhaust. And, spend your money on some nice cams. (if you've already got header + high flow cat).
