I need to know what size wrench does the axle nut take??? I have to go buy one and need to know what size to buy thanks.

 

It's a 32mm socket, 1/2in drive or larger. Good luck, those are a bitch to break loose sometimes!! Retorque to 134 ft-lbs

 

Thanks that helps alot. Now I just need to go buy one and get a big cheater bar.

 

Use air tools. I broke two 1/2-inch drive breaker bars trying to get mine off. If you don't have an impact wrench go to a service station and ask them to break them loose for you. You may have to bring the socket also, not every garage has a socket that large.

 

get harborfreight big socket set for 35 bucks. It comes from 3/4 ratchet and 19mm to 50mm sockets.

My axle nut came off like butter with a 3/4 rachet.
