My question is if I have a Ls with 100K and I plan to hone the walls to clean it up Do you think I could use .025 over sized pistons or do you think that the pistons might be too tight of a clearence.

I have never replaced pistons with over sized slugs So I have no idea about over sizing.

Just something I was thinking about this weekend cause a friend has some oversized pistons for sale.

if you want to use overbore pistons you need to bore the cyl.
