i hear this stuff is pretty hard to find in the us. I live in canada so im nit sure if this will help but i buy soemthing here called "Night shades" its exactly what your looking for. maybe try doing a seach on the net for the name.

you can get the tint spray from any local hobby shop. Thats where we found it to do my friends taillights. its like 4 bucks for a little can.
