the sides will fit no matter what year...
rear/front if its a front bumper kit will fit
if its lips only it wont work
90-91 lips dont fit on 92-93 bumpers
and viseversa

o, ok, so if i had a 90 integra i could put on a 92-93 integra bumper and then have no issues getting the lip to fit if the kits for a 92-93?? thanks for the quick reply

Just think of it as if you have a 90-91 Integra and put 92-93 bumpers on, you're pretty much changing the physical appearance of your car into a 92-93 Integra except the tail lights.
