Default Rear Brake Lights Question

I got a weird question about my brake lights. The 2 main brake lights in the rear, along with the spoiler brake light will not disengage. They seem to be stuck on, and the only way I can get them to turn off is by disconnecting the battery terminal. I've looked at all the fuses, and done just about everything I can think of to resolve this problem, but can't seem to resolve it. What could be causing this to happen?

now, bear with me here, cause i'm not sure what i'm talking about, but i'm sure there is something like what i'm talking about.

i'm not sure if there is a sensor or what, but somehow the brake pedal tells the lights in the back to turn on. make sure, that that sensor is working correctly, or that its not stuck in the 'on' position.

did you check both fuse box's? the one in the engine bay, and the one where the clutch, or dead pedal are on the driver side?

good luck.
