clutch cable length problems...
ok. i recently swapped my b18a1 into my 89 crx hf. im running the ys1 tranny.
im having a problem with the cable reaching lever that engages/disengaes the clutch (u know the black lever looking thing-sry i dontknwo the technical name for it). the cable is long enough, but the bracket you attach it to before it gets to the lever is too far away from the lever. ive tried losening it all the way and nothings working.
has anyone else had this problem? if so whatd you do. did you buy a new cable? if so what kind? any help is greatly apprecitated.
p.s. i posted this in a thread before and didnt really geta response from it.

you can buy a cable from an integra but my stock crx one worked you just have to pull the lever up and work the cable in it's a pain keep trying you'll get it

see thats what i tried (flipping it over) and cut this piece off of it and its still about the same length. i guess imma give this **** another shot. if it doesnt work, someone who has a 90-93 cable would be very helpful.
