Hi ppl,

we've made a friendly comp and it was recorded.

The cars involved were at left my EG9, center an S2000 at left a EVO7
All this was recorded in a CTR2

the mods are:

EG9:
- B18C-R engine with ITR gearbox
- Jun Type 3 camshafts with Jun retainers and Jun valvesprings
- Kenji Master Chip (This guy rulezzz)
- Spoon 2 Layer HeadGasket
- Vision-R complete exhaust
- Custom intake (shity, max HP is at 8500rpm, 9000 at tacho)

S2000:
- No cat
- Spoon carb intake duct

EVO7:
- HKS blowoff
- no cats
- HKS catback

CTR2:
- Custom intake
- Spoon complete exhaust
- Unichip

I'll only posted this in ITR forum, because the engine related goods is f the best interest to you all. And i wanted you all to see how this all performed near other cars that you know.

They only catch my car at 250km/h (as you can see in CTR speedometer) just because of my Max HP point at 8500rpm.

I play it with Media Player, and have Nimo Codec pack installed (to see some DivX movs :D:D )

I don't know about Lisboa (wherever the hell that is), but around here you have to be a total fool to drive that fast on a public highway...cool video though..

 

Well, we all know that is illegal to drive this fast, everywhere but Germany. Here in Portugal the only thing that is considered a crime is to have 1.2g/ltr of alchool (from 0.5 is illegal) on the blood.

These kind of tests that we do arround here are done late at night to minimize traffic. I can tell you that my car rarely is one in this kind of cloud of cars running this fast. But once in a while, a friendly comp has to be done to test the mods done to one car. We test from 1st gear at arround 10-20 km/h to top end, to see the difference between cars.

We all like to drive fast, 250 in the highway or 100 in town, both are illegal.

 

Shiznit you guys where going for a while!!!....yeah, friendly comp must be done late at night.

That is some fast highway speeds.....

 

The bridge is 17km long, always with 3 lanes. We do the tests both ways (the south-&gt;north way reveals wich cars really worth, my video was recorded this way).

The bridge ("Ponte" in portuguese) name is "Vasco da Gama" and is the biggest bridge in Europe.


This is the best view of all the lengh of the bridge that i found. The closest you see, at the right of the foto, we all go at 200 km/h, going down in the light corner, where the cars usually cutoff in 5th, and from that point forward is about 13km at the max speed the car allows. The maximum i've reached here was on an NSX at 315 km/h.

I should say that i don't test with everyone...i must know how the others drive their cars to know what to expect and react accordingly.
