I'm located in Green Bay, just moved here from CA so my car has no rust. 92 cx phantom grey hatch, B18c motor, typeR tranny, excedy clutch. I went for the good **** first, now it just needs the little crap, like headers, intake, blah, blah, blah. It probably runs mid to high 14's as is.

dude you should be running around low 14's or if you are a good as shifter you might hit high 13's with just that set up, cause the 92 cx weighs like a crx hf dude...
