Does anybody elses mudflap bottom out when cornering or going over bumps in the road. My car is completely stock. It is not lowered. The car has 29k miles on it. Just wondering if anyone else has or had the same problem and has had it fxed by the Acura.
Hmmm. They salt the **** out of our road here too, I don't drive in the winter, but I have barely any chips above the front wheels, and the bottom of the rear bumper looks pretty good too, although I admit it can get dirty/greasy under there.
Question-is this a dealer option? Are they color matched?

Yes, they are Acura mudflaps and they are black. They are the same mudflapsas every other 94-01 Integra. My 93 GS-R and 99 Civic SI both were heavily sandblasted and pitted from sand on the roads. I also do not drive my car in the winter.
The answer to your question is: YES
