Default Need import help

Does anyone have any experience in importing a vehicle to the US? I have a full VIN, German make/model car. The Crx EE8 to be exact.

I am starting my research on how to get my new car back to the states, and I want to see if anyone has any first hand knowledge of this. I am currently checking with registrered importers, but has anyone used someone specific?

Experiences? Anyone who has done this and are military?

Thanks in advance

In a recent issue of SCM there was an article about importing European collector cars to the US. I'll see if I can find it, I'll post what info they provide.
Keep us posted, cause I want to import an EE8 as well.

I called that place this morning and we played phone tag a couple times.
The article also suggests trying the US customs website at....
http://www.cbp.gov
I just went there, there is a page for "returning military, vehicle for personal use"
