Hey I'm new to the honda hybrid stuff.

Hey Im looking at buying a car soon,
If I was to buy an old civic (mid 1990's)
I would perfer for it to be a sedan and a manual.

I would also like for it to be a VTEC and not have to do to many modifcations
such as tranmission work, rewiring for the VTEC and steering stuff.

I dont need to have massive hp I just want a nice little fast car to bonb around town it. and for it to be not to expensive.

What car/engine would you all recomond to satisfy most of my needs?
