It can be numerous things. Here is the run down.
1. Vacuum leakage
2. Leaking EGR valve
3. Air Filter could be clogged
4. Fuel pump or filter may not be delivering enough fuel
5. Leaking head gasket
6. Timing belt/pulleys worn
7. Camshaft lobes are worn
Hope this helps.

hope i find a solution

like the last 2 posts said, TPS (throttle postioning sensor) or IACV (idle air control valve) you can always reset the iacv and see if that works for you and or replace it. search for the method to check the voltage on the TPS sensor.
`those are the most likely culprits, however vaccums leaks and dirty filters etc. can also be effecting the idle. spray some carb. cleaner around the throttlebody gasket and the intake manifold gasket to see if they might have gone bad. oh and dont forget to search

plz explain how low coolant can cause rpm fluctuating? not saying its untrue, i just dont know if it is, thx

Hey,
Have no fear. I had the same problem with mine and after days of pulling hair i found it out. It's most likely, and i'll put money on it, your Fast Idle Thermo valve. I'll tell you how to figure out if this is the problem or not. First take of your air intake tube that connects to your throttle body. After you take the tube off look inside the Throttle body. You will see your butterfly valve, but more importantly you will see a little hole right before it at the lower left. Now, start your car and go and place your finger over that little hole. Your car will idle right down. And there's your problem.
Let me know if this is the problem and i'll tell you how to change the FIT (which is really easy) or i can tell you how to do a really quick fix, which also works fine and makes the car not embarrasing to drive.

Low coolant levels in hondas will cause the RPMs to fluctuate because the cooling system does not have enough coolant in it to let the thermostat open or if the thermostat is faulty and not opening. Most likely, if the temperature gauge doesn't move from its usual position this isn't the problem. I would check the Idle Air Control Valve. I'm not really sure whats going on with that thing but my brothers 4door did the same thing after we took all of the emissions controls off of it and put a JDM B18A1 ECU in it. I'm not really sure so I'll post back to confirm but the IACV has a set screw on it that is adjustable and he got his car to idle just fine when its at normal operating temp, but when he first starts it it wil fluctuate until the temp guage moves. Throttle bodies with TPS..... NO PROBLEM! I can get pre-obd and OBD 1 Throttle bodies for cheap used all day long. I've also heard that if the TPS is the problem, that when you unplug it it will still fluctuate so I don't know man so what you can find out and post back.
Nice, now if you want to fix the problem now. take the FIT valve off (3bolts and 2 small coolant lines.) You'll see to holes behind the fit valve once you take it off. Cut a piece of sheet metel or tin big enough to cover holes and bolt fit valve back on. problem fixed.
