Default My swap, Wiring Help Needed Pics Included

Hey guys Im stuck on the wiring, I took the dx engine harness off , just cause theres a guy coming tomorrow to pick the motor up, and ive been thinking real hard and searching the net whether i have to take the harness off the b16Its uncut all the plugs are there and it looks like its pretty much the same, cant i just use it, leave it on? It seems to me that it be a wasit to take it off since i still have toi do a MPFI swap? All the plugs plug in except one, its the rectengualr one on the left hand side of the motor that doesnt plug into anything on the b16 harness, in return theres one left on the b16 that is alos on the left side and doesnt plug into anything....Im really confused...lol To those to plugs run the same things

heres a couple pics of what i mean.

dX harness left side plugs

B16 left side plugs, the big circle one plugs in, but the other two dont.

Any help u can give me is greatly appreciated.

OK if you have dpfi in a dx you have to keep that harness and switch it over to mpfi. You cannot use a mpfi harness in a dx engine bay because it will not plug into the car (underdash, ecu) harness. Then there is the issue of the b16a harness being completely backwards because it is for a jdm RHD car which has the ecu on the other side.
So in short take the dx engine harness off the dx motor and swap it onto the b16 then after you swap it in do the dx to mpfi swap per internet instructions. Only other way to make it work is get a full si mpfi ehgine harness and underdash harness.

You have to wire it up. Search for "MPFI" in the recent and archives. It is simple to do but, not as simple as you think. You will need to add a few wires and change a few around.
