Default ENKEI RPF1's.. 15, 16, or 17 inch?

Which one should I get? Enkei rpf-1's come in different sizes for 4x100(duh).
I like the 9.8 lbs for the 15 inch model but the 16 is 13.5 and the 17 is 15.5 lbs...
The price from the 15 inch model is only like 20 dollars less than the 17 inch model...
any ideas on performance, handling, and the best tire choices on the sizes..
personally im leaning towards the 15 inch model but maybe, incase of a better brake upgrade, etc, bling factor...
I would run 205/50 on the 15's
205/45 or 205/40's on the 16's.
215/40 or205/40 on the 17's...
mainly for street use, daily driven, and an occasional autocross when i get time away from the Mercedes-Benz technician's life...
Help would be greatly appreciated.
Sounds like a complicated math problem.
peace,
Stephen

if you look a little more closely, you will notice that they put wider tires on the larger rims, and thats definatly NOT the way I would do it.

I think you missed the point......

The 17" tires are wider than the 16" which are wider than the 15".

There variable of wheel diameter has not been isolated in that test, from that test you cant conclude that 17" wheels are better for performance than 15".

Be aware.... 15" RPF1's will NOT fit over ITR brakes (Fastbrakes kit)... don't ask me how I know..... learn from my mistake.
