Ok, first my dash lights dont work, so im trying to mess with relays and such. Now, yesterday was just driving and engine light came on, code 17. Think that code is the speed sensor or something like that. Reset the ecu now the code isn't coming on anymore, BUT my gas guage and temp gauge is going up / down not reporting correct readings. Any suggestions gladly accepted, if I might of knocked a wireloose on the relay or something.

 

thats weird cause i have the same code but i dont have a vss yet cause i did the gsr gauges. i would check all ur wires and make ur there all connected.

 

Up for more info...mine does the same thing...tach jumps, fuel gauge reads incorrectly, temp gauge reads incorrectly.

I think in my situation I may have fried some stuff...it started doing it after the intake grounded the postive battery terminal.

 

hey me too...my speedo doesnt work...my tach doesnst work...or my temp...the only thing that works is the gas gague..thank god....

 

check the back of the cluster for shorts / loose wires.
