K, right now i have a built d16y8 motor, just not sleeve....

going turbo....I'm going to break it in first and i want some helpful answers...

K, for break in period i'm going to use stock injectors and run the FMU, with little(6lbs or less) or no boost at all with p28 ecu, ...... is this good?
Oh and i didn't try to start my car yet but has anyone tried using a CX distributor on the d16y8 motor??? I PUT IT ON AND IT FITS!!!! yes! but don't know if it'll work? need help?

PLUS ON THE d16Y8 motor how many sensor is on the back of the block??? i'm going to put it into a obd 1 hatch and all i could think of is just the knock sensor?? that's it right?? or more???

after this going hondata....just breaking it in first........so help answer my questions..please, spent too much money already don't want to blow it up on the first start...thanks!

Why do I keep linking people to the Forced Induction forum. Don't people know there is a dedicated forum for Forced Induction? I think this is the 3rd time in 2 days.

 

yes cx distributor will work as long as you run obd I ecu, also you might want to step up to bigger injectors later (450 dsm with a resistor box) on and run uberdata, or some sort of the hack, or you might wonna do this now.

I wouldnt start the car with stock injectors. Especially if the motor is built. Get some DSM's or RC's or some other kind of injectors but dont use stock. And get a fuel pump too.
