Like the topic says can i use any quarter panel from any year on any other year will the door close?????

i think u can not so sure, i got a 89 civic si and a 90 dx and they look the same to me

 

I believe so. Just to double check, find an online dealer and regular oem style stamped sheet metal fender and look at the product number for each year. if they are all them same, then there is your answer. but i believe it is yes.

quarter panel, not fender.

When I worked at a body shop I tried to find an aftermarket company that might sell quarterpanels. Nope. Not-a-one. You have to find a nice quarterpanel and cut it off the car it's on.

 

yeah i already got 2 nice quarter panels...what i want to know is the ones i got that are nice are 91 quarters...the ones that are messedup are on a 88 crx si. So will the 91 dx ones work on the 88 si sinces the doors are different? I know you cant put 88 doors on a 91 and you cant put 91 doors on a 88 so can you switch out quarters. BUMP

I think so, I know someone did it once forget who, but I would only do 88-89 and 90-91 just in case...
