Default Crx Guys, Help Me Install My Deck (figured ef guys would know our own cars best)

The car is an 88 Crx Si, the deck is a Blaupunkt Cd50

Ive already wired the 8 wires for all my 4 speakers but need some help on the rest to see what Im right/wrong with

So the harness for the power/remote and all that looks like this and is labelled with these words on the parts that clips into the deck, Im giving what its labelled as and what colour that comes out of that slot is, and then what color of wire in the car I think it should go to

Battery (Yellow) -----> Blue/White wire in main harness
Illumination (Orange) -----> Not used
Ground (Black) -----> Black wire in main harness (might just cut this and ground it myself)
Ignition (Red) -----> Blue/White wire (same wire as battery wire is using lol)

I also have the remote wire coming off of my amps, which wire are the remotes going to be tapped into? I dont know if I got the battery and ignition right, but Im assuming you EF guys know how you wired it, hopefully this doesnt get locked becuase knowone has a crx in the audio forum really

THanks

The remote wire should be solid blue from the CD player. IT should have a flag labeled remote. And it will tie into that. But obviously if you bought this used, it won't be labeled. Look for a all blue wire for your remote.

you should have bought a honda adapter, it would have made life a lot easier since its all the colors would be the same...now lets say you want to take this deck out, you have a huge hassle to go through...

I agree, just buy the adaptor. They're like $5-$7 bucks.

my crx harness was chopped off - and my civic had butt connectors all over it before the stock harness? - so i just cut it off..

never had the privilege to use an adapter but it is the easiest way.

if there is no solid blue, just tie the remote wire to the red wire. this will turn your amp on with the ignition. the only downside to this is your subs may make a popping noise when you turn the head unit on/off
