Default best cams, valve springs, retainers for bseries vtec

Who makes the best, most effective, and durable cams and valve springs and retainers for b series vtec engines? I'm looking at Toda, Skunk2, crower, crane, jun, and ferrea. Thanks!

I also have kind of the same question. I am looking to do an all motor setup and right now I have a JDM B16, I just bought CTR piston heads for the internal and external I just bought a JDM ITR header with custom cat and full 2.5inch piping all the way back to custom exhaust and intake. All I am trying to find out is what internals I should run with my setup I plan to get CTR cam's but don't know about what valve train I want. Please help.

or

ITR outer/Portflow inner

There is not answer to your question. Ask a more specific question and you might get an answer or response that means something. Otherwise this thread is simply a bunch "buttholes", I mean opinions, in that everyone is going to have one.

First you are talking about 3 items, cams, springs and retainers and each of these needs to be evaluated on an individual basis, not lump as a valve train system.
Second you don't define "BEST".
Third is "effectiveness" depends on the application
Fourth the most durable part may not be the most effective or "best" in what every area you are refering to by "best".

Please sit down and decide what it is you specifically want. If you do not know how to choose a cam or a spring or a retainer, ask that, not "what is best".

Ferrea/Crower NO DOUBT!! They are way better than any skunk2 or jun products, or any other japanese parts.

Both Crower and Farrea have their springs made by Peterson Spring Company right here in the good ol' US of A...

As for cams, JUN 3 is still the top dog and has been for quite a while now

JG cams suxors. If it was me i would have, Jun 3 cams, Ferrea springs/retainers and valves. Strongest valves/springs and retainers out there. Crower is tied for 1st with them.

Rocket Motorsports camshafts and valvetrain. I wouldn't want it any other way. Awesome bang for the bucks, awesome quality.
