A general question. When I burned a rom and get the ECU throws a CEL would I have to clear the CEL first or can I just rectify the problem with a new rom without having to clear the CEL first each time? If I don't clear it, would the ECU still throw the same CEL even if the problem is resolved with the new rom?

 

Its a P73 OBD2 to P28 OBD1 conversion. I'm getting codes 20 and 22..

i recently coverted to a hondata p28 ecu from my p72, and im getting code 20, and 21.

anyone ever experience this?
