i have the HCP mount kit and my motor sits so low that even at almost stock height my trans hits the ground on some bumps (and no its not because of my suspension) oh and you should see what my jdm integra 4-1 looks like
will be getting hasport soon

i use hasport cabel to hydro kit and i also have a 4-1 header and have not hit it once. i used to have a problem with my last header until i got some real suspension. and now i have not hit it once. and i go down some fucked up roads pretty fast

custom mounts from swap shop here in so cal. my car when it was lowered 2inches would once in a great while scrape the tranny a tincy bit.. when i got the 4-1 header..forget it, that thing was scraping crazy. now im stock height and i only tend to scrape on decent size dips..

Same here, but I'm using Progress springs for an EF with a B-series.

that black hatch looks great...it seems that the hcp's make the motor hang really low, do the hasports really make that much of a difference or do they just put your clearance issues in another place?

keep the replies coming everybody all help is appreciated, pics would be even better!

Sorry, not a digicam owner.
Hasport billet mounts
h&r race springs
tokiko blues 86-89 accord fronts and civic rears

So I sit a lil bit lower than 2.25 in the front, prolly 2.5 is my guesstamation, and i think the rear is 2"

I have a 4 finger clearance under the car, that's with the stock manifold too. On really big speedbumps i'll scrape tranny or oil pan, but not really on the road just driving.

until i took this pic i thought i was level

if you do not want you motor to hang low, i would go with hasport mounts, i used the AVID mounts, and they make the motor hang LOOOWWWW, it hang 1.5 - 2 inches below the chassis, when my car was dumped 3 inches, my oil pan was about 2-3 inches from the ground, bad bad cheap mounts, and i was trying to buy some inserts and no one will answer my calls or emails

personally i have the damn hcp's and in a shittier situation than you
b18c + 4-1 header + hcp =

heres the different mounts ive dealt with so far.

hcp- lots of room behind intake manifold, angles the top of the motor more towards the front, axles come kinda close to where the lca bolts to the x-member, b16a's kinda hang low b18's look above. not really any hood clearance issues. and the front motor mount is not necessary. also theres alot of room for error since theres tons of adjustability

hasport- almost the opposite of hcp whereas the motor sits a bit higher, and more room for a turbo

azracemachine- bling bling like the hasports but with fitment in between hcp and hasport. comes with hardware. im thinkin of getting these since they are pretty darned cheap.

HTH

i have those bling-bling mounts. I am very pleased with them. As far as fitment goes, no front crossmemeber cutting needed (as ive seen with a lot of diff. mounts out there). Great mounts and great looks. I would post a pic, but i never post pics, and its not being hosted.
