Default car throwing IAC code - O2 sensor causing it?

I have a B18c1 in my CRX and right now it's throwing a code for the IAC (code 14). I had bought a single wire O2 sensor hooked up but it was throwing the car into limp mode i believe (like a rev limmiter at 3500)and and the car was giving codes for the IAC, TPS and O2, so i disconnected the wire to the O2 and and fixed the connection to the TPS and now the car runs but is very hard to drive except when you have your foot to the mat. It only throws a code for the IAC now. Also the IAC is brand new and clean inside so i highly doubt it's that.

My question is do i need to get a 2 wire O2 sensor for my car?

Check your wiring, the 02 sensor had nothing to do with the iac.
