97 Accord EX DC Sport header
I don't think so. I got the header in 98. I figured since it was a DC it would last forever, but I guess not. I think all headers are all the same, name brand or not, but everyone insists that DC is the best.
well ive heard a lot about the stainless headers cracking. my suggestion would be to get new ones or put the stock manny back on cause if they started cracking theres probably going to be more on the way

anyone that says DC is the "best" is ovbiously a n00b......wheres it cracked??....where the runners meet the flange???

you said DC is probably not the best. Im in the market for a header, what do you think is good and do you guys think it really makes a difference whether its ceramic or stainless steal?
if ur on a budget, for f22b, is go with greddy stainless.....otherwise, go custom.....
no matter what, ull want a 2.5" or so collector, and many aftermarket standard production headers dont come w/ 2.5"......which means no cat for you if u want to make the biggest difference

so your saying greddy is better than dc. I was doing some looking and it seems i have to keep my stock cat, which im not too thrilleda bout, do you have any suggestions on that?
i got a 95 accord also... wit dat same problem.. i installed the stock one bak on.. less chance of that happening again.. cuz if u get a new one.. it might happen again.. n dere goes $200-300.. so save urself some money.. n jus put bak da stock..
I had a DC Ceramic header crack where two runners meet, near the flange. Luckily I filled out my warranty card when I bought the header, and it was within the 2 year warranty period. DC replaced the manifold. New one is a year old with no cracks. I still am expecting it to.
from what i understand, your not going to notice a difference between the stock EX header, and the DC sport header, as far as performance goes. The EX header is about as good as it gets.
