Default ctr/itr cams

this is just another rev-limit question...for a stock B16A2, with stock valve train, I know I shouldnt bring up the revs past the stock redline...but I have a chipped P28, what are the chances of something "bad" happening to the valve train on the occasional mis-shift? The redline on my ECU is set at 8500

I have a B18C1 with stock valvetrain and I rev to 8400 RPM's with JDM ITR cams, although I don't take it up there that much, more like 8200 freely.

Go with 8200....if you go any higher you'll prob be ok but just remember that you love your car and the motor thats in it....haha!.....rev safely until you get enough money to replace the whole valve-train

replace your valvetrain first before you go reving the **** out of your car. don't take chances or you'll end up paying in the long run.
