alright looking through some faqs I finally found out the wiring order, and figured out there was a hidden kill switch that I never knew about.. And now I get the car started, and I drove it around the block and then when I was at a stop sign the car just turns off and the battery light comes on, and this wasn't doing that before. Even when I had it parked in front of my house, i would turn it on, and it would idle then it would start idling low then a little bit over 1000 then it would do it again and then shut off and the battery light turn on. The only way it wouldnt do this would be if I kept idling it, and then even then it won't rev over 4000 rpms, and the muffler makes a really weird noise while I am doing this.. what could this be?

 

is your check engine light on?

find out the error code by counting the ecu blinks. if it blinks for one long one, that is considered 10, then add the short beeps afterwards to 10. it may not blink for a long time, and just do 10+ short ones. find out the code, look it up, and start troubleshooting.

 

alright I found the problem and fixed it, it was this little rubber thing that went on the first cylinder spark plug that I took off because I had no clue why it was there when I changed my spark plugs. now that everything is fixed, it is time to put on my hammer rims .. thanks alot everybody for your help while I was trying to get the EF running
