I won an auction on ebay for a del sol front lip ( http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...61904 ), and paid for it on the 29th of April. Then on the 13th of May I receive an email from him saying that my item was ready for shipping. After waiting 2 weeks and never getting it, I emailed him. He did not respond. I got his contact information from ebay, but he did not answer his phone. By this time, it was already too late to get my money back from paypal. After I got his full name from ebay, i decied to run it through the h-t memberlist. He doesnt have any post but he is a member(LDiparts). After that I added his screen names to my buddy list, and I finally talked to him. He did not even have the lip yet, and told me he would pick it up last satuday(6-5-04). I talked to him on aim again sunday to see if he got the lip. He told me that he picked it up and would ship it monday, and that I could get the tracking number from him the same day. Well the next day I tried to contact him but he wouldnt respond. He is basicaly ignoring me now.

Here is were I need some help. This guy lives in Temecula. (which I think is near Riverside or some where around there, i dunno i live in Tennessee) Would anyone be willing to go pick it up from him for me and ship it to me. I have the guys address and phone number.

If he really shipped it on monday like he said, then i should have it tomorrow. If i dont get it then ill post all his contact info.

 

Start by leaving a really nasty negitive feed back Usually the seller will want that removed and you can work something out.

and you can also leave a "comment" to your own feedback message so you can leave a really nice two line feedback in all..

 

leave bad feedback, then report him to ebay.

then call and write the &ucker everyday, and try to work something out. good luck.
