J's Intake Pics w/ stock gsr im/tb
Yes its possible, after telling someone on another post that you can fit the abs version of the J's racing intake on a gsr with stock throttle body and intake manifold, and showing them some pics i thought i would post it so people can stop asking me to send them pics lol
I had to move around some wires that are on the side of the shock tower underneath the strut bar, and relocate my coolant reservoir (although thats mostly bc of my fluidyne) other than that it was pretty easy, dont see what all the fuss is about
if you have any questions feel free to pm me

the only place i can see there is going to be a rubbing issue is possibly against the abs lines, but i will take care of that with the bracket that comes with it, ill bolt it to something then hook it to the filter hose clamp and position it how i need it. I dont have it like that now bc im bout to rip everything apart to get the head worked on
oh yeah, theres a hose underneath it that is attaced to the lower rad hose via a clip thingy, well i just moved it out of the way...other than that i dont think theres going to be any more rubbing issues

oh and before any one asks...i love it, the sound, the throttle response, everything, it stays way cooler than my short ram did too. I ported my im out and removed the butterflies, so that with this intake=loud. At idle its perfectly quiet, but when you get on it you can def tell. Any how i was going to go dyno again now that i got the im done, and this intake, but funds are running short and i have to take the head down to RLZ friday, but i will post up some pics of my dynos once the engine is done

just a little bit, it sits pretty flat to be honest, but if you look at pics of the guys that have the j's and itr or skunk2 im's you will see it slopes down, but i dont think it looks bad at all, anyways im more concerned with the way it performs

Oh I feel ya,I'm only concerned about it clearing the hood in a GSR swapped Civic.

it should do fine, maybe ill test fit it in my friends gsr hatch and see what the fitment is like, but he has a skunk2 im so that will be different, i would just be worried about it clearing the strut tower housing
well the head is ripped off now, so all i gotta do is wait for it to get back, then put it all back together, then we will go to the dyno and see what kind of numbers she puts out with a stock block, i guess we'll see if the j's helped then, if ill be able to tell, its kinda hard when theres so much more than just an intake on there
