question on wiring d15b vtec
D15B vtec is a jdm engine and the harness is JDM - it's almost mirrored comparing to US ones, since the japanese cars are right hand drive. You won't be able to straight up use that harness in your car for that reason, plus for the fact that your car is 88-91, and harness plugs will not match up to an OBD1 harness..
Althouhg you can use it for parts - vtec plugs, injector, distributor plugs and such.
If you want to use the ECU than comes with that engine, then you'll need an OBD0-1 converter. If you want to run it with a 88-91 ECU, then no converter needed.

Gotta convert the STOCK non OBD elec wiring to OBD-1 plugs (mainly the Distributor wires), then with you're newly modded engine harness gotta run a jumper harness
I say run the JDM P08 if avail-it's real simple
