I was reading a lot on here about CAI's and short rams, seems like everybody is opting for a stock airbox with an aftermarket filter..
Would it be more benificial for me to keep my AEM CAI

or

1. Cut it and put a stock ITR box with filter on the end and make it short ram style

2. Buy a cheapie ebay pipe, and put my box at the end with a filter, then sell the AEM?

Im a little confused, just looking for an easy extra HP while I save my pennies for my big build!
