Default toda valvespring question

toda valvesprings, i have been running these for a while, i got them when they were just about it.

anybody know if they will support a cam with 12.9-13mm of lift without fear of bind? the toda d is 12.9 but the springs came long before. now i went and bought the comp cams with 12.95mm of lift.

and how much clearance is enough if i install em and check it.

tia!
