Default Thinking about buying a Type-R.. read the FAQ.

Sorry if I missed this info in the faq, it's huge and kinda useless because there's just TOO MUCH information in it.

I currently have a B16A powered CRX and was thinking about getting a Type-R. Do these cars/motors have any major problems? Are there any decent shogun body kits or such for the jdm style front end? I read a post about pulleys and some said they work and some said they didn't, any help on that? I used pulleys in my CRX and it seemed to make an amazing difference.

peace.

All real type R's have purple vavle covers. Ask Dave ROR about that.

Type R and body kit dont mix well around here lol Not sure what you mean by "shogun" but Im assuming a big *** show car body kit. Im sure there are plenty of options for this.

As far as pulleys go, it will probably help slightly with some throttle response but other than that I wouldnt expect too much difference. Remove the power steering belt though and you can a nice little gain.

personally I think there are many other areas I would look into before body kits and pulleys on the Type R.
