Anyone know if a JDM SOHC Vtec CAN pass smog in cali
jdm sohc vtec 45,XXX miles
93 si harness, sensors, dist, intake mani
95 ex ecu
dc headers
greddy sp cat back
stock cat
aem cai
nology plugs and wires
msd sci ignition and coil
basically everything is CARB legal except the motor
what are the chances of passing smog, or possible ref...thanks in advance
