b16a jap spec do they come with dual valve springs

i got two b16 heads and im tryin to figure out which one to use for my lsvtec build up. i have a 99 si head and a j spec head off the old school integra the first obd 1 which head is best to use

all b-vtecs have dual intake springs. infact i just took apart an 89 head today

You are wrong my friend.. jdm b16 AUTOMATICS (yes vtec) did not have dual vavle springs on both sides. (intake or exhaust) I had one.
