Default Too good to be true?

Well, I've been in search for a black 600rr for sale in so.cal and I came across this bike. $3100!! it is tooo cheap. I'm wondering if it's a scam or somethings wrong w/ the bike. What do you guys think?

go check the bike out since its in the same state.. Sounds like a total scam though. 3100 for an almost brand new bike, who would believe that? Why dont scammers just list a normal price so that buyers wouldnt have any suspicion?..are they just retarded or what.

have you tried calling the guy? i would call get more info and then always, always, just have to repeat it always check the bike in person. when i bought my bike i actually rode the bike twice before i bought it. so maybe actually ask to ride the bike...

goodluck but imo its too good to be true

sounds like that 3100 is a down payment, and then you continue with the monthly financing...

The only way I can see that thing going for 3100 is if it has no engine.. lol

ALSO; This is what it says at the bottom of the page:
Buyers and Sellers should be prudent and careful in any exchange of monies, contracts, legal documents, and written or verbal communications as we cannot guarantee the validity of all "businesses" or "individuals" that choose to advertise on our sites.

i started with a 2000 r6 because it was my starter bike. when i got it i was thinking this was a better way to go with price, possible dumping (damages), and easier to ride. but after a few months i started wanting a newer bike (03+ r6 or 600rr). i think thats why i might sell it next summer and get a newer bike.

ya, I found a 03 Ducati Monster 800LE that was advertised local to me, sellig for $2200. I emailed the guy, he replied saying that his brother passed away and the bike was in Italy. he sent me more pictures, blah blah, blah... He wanted a money transfer to him and he would pay for shipping back to the US. Ya right... He didn't understand that I wanted to SEE the bike local so I could decide if it's something I would want. This was on cycletrader too.
