Do they have holes in them? If they do, line them up with the holes in the spray bars. This is the proper position for them cams when the numebr one cylinder is at TDC. Also, use the timing marks on the cam gears.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by miggittymacdaddy &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">the actual cam gears, they dont have the normal marks like stock cams, so i dont know what to do? </TD></TR></TABLE>

Nothing too difficult...Just look at the face of the gear...you should see 3 marks around the outside edge of it...there will be 2 small ones and a large one...the large one should be at the top aligned with the slot for the key that slides in to the cam. The large one is the "UP" mark and the other two are the other arrows...Then just do your cam timing like you normally would. If you need help doing this try doing a search and you should be able to come up with so good results.

thanx man, thats what i was looking for, i wasnt sure what was what. Geuss what, its too late anyways, because thats what i had, and it still wouldn't start after the rebuild, and we were cranking by hand, and i heard a little tink, it was the other end of the cam, the dumbass guy that sold me the car cut a new groove into the end of the cam to fix a **** up with a broken distributor, and his new groove and the original weakened and it broke. Point being, now i need a new cam. A liitle word of advice, dont anyone go to a place called Extreme Fusion Motorsports in California, they are horrible, and fucked up my CRX more than i could have ever imagined, then sold it to me on eBay. Well I geuss i'll learn from my mistakes, life goes on, im just thousands less in cash! Anyways, thanx guys for the help. Later
