I would have to say that the P21S Wax is probably the best that I have ever used on my PY. Its not too difficult to remove and will last several washings before you need to re-apply. The One Grand Blitz Wax is a nice wax that cost a little less than the P21S, but isn't as easy to remove.
Due to the fact that you have a PY R, you need not be "as concerned" with swirl marks. I've owned both a PY and an NBP, and the NBP can be quite challenging at times to minimize swirls. As Jason (typer98) mentioned, http://www.carcareonline.com is a good guide.
I personally will only use Meguiars products on my cars. Meguiars cleaner wax (liquid) is a great "once a month" wax, while the Gold Class will last a little longer. Whatever you use, you can maximize the finish if you complete the job using an orbital buffer to shine. Many people will say you can use the buffer to remove/apply the wax, but I don't recommend that. Hand apply/remove, then buff to a shine
